Positive Minds, Active Citizens: Building Resilience for a Peaceful Europe

The Consult Group Association, Bulgaria, and ChangeMakers Youth Society, Romania, are launching the project "Positive Minds, Active Citizens: Building Resilience for a Peaceful Europe," No. 2024-1-BG01-KA151-YOU-000200170 under the Erasmus+ Program, KA1/Youth.

The project will run from June 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.

The project aims to develop young people's capacity to be active citizens by promoting positive thinking, mental resilience, and conscious participation in democratic processes.

The specific objectives of the project are:

1. Supporting the mental well-being of young people through positive thinking and stress management techniques.

2. Encouraging active and responsible citizenship among young people through micro-initiatives in communities.

3. Developing a democratic culture and confidence to participate in elections and youth forums.

4. Building intercultural understanding and friendship between young people from Bulgaria and Romania.

5. Developing healthy habits and a connection with nature through outdoor activities.

6. Promoting the project and widely disseminating its messages and results through online and offline channels.

Expected results: Improved mental well-being, increased participation in public life, strengthened intercultural ties, and sustainable results reflected in joint initiatives and public materials.
